Designed for greater dynamic and static load rating capacity than the single row version, and are very often used instead of a pair of single row angular contact bearings where assembly of the latter could be difficult and where there is a need to minimise tilt 25° contact angle

Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings are similar to Single Row Axial Ball Bearings (when used as a pair, back to back), however, unlike Single Row Axial Ball Bearings, they can accept radial and axial loads simutaneously.
