OB200 series - Mobile System with 3G and GPS

The OB200 is a rugged one box PC system designed for in-vehicle installation. This compact machine integrates a 3G cellular modem, GPS and wireless capabilities (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). Antenna connection via SMA connectors on the rear panel.
Available options include a choice of Core i3 or i5 CPUs and either a standard HDD or solid state SSD storage. One PCIe x16 expansion slot is available with a rear I/O plate.
The internal power supply operates from a nominal 12V vehicle power system and provides ignition control and protection. There is a cranking delay to hold off starting the computer until the engine is started and a programmable power down delay following ignition switch off. In addition the vehicle battery state is monitored and the computer will perform a controlled power down should the voltage drop too low. The unit is provided a plug-in power cable with free tails for connecting to a convenient power source within the vehicle.
When supplied with Windows 7 operating system a 3G connection software suite is installed enabling network selection APN login and network connection. The GPS module provides NMEA013 data on a serial port compatible with most mapping software. A demonstration version of Centrafuse is supplied ready to install
